  • Plan and make effective use of audit resources
  • Communicate with auditees or audit clients
  • Organize and direct auditors activities
  • Lead audit team to reach audit conclusion
  • Ensure auditor code of conduct
  • Prevent and resolve conflicts
  • Prepare audit report
  • Distribution of audit report
